1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Rizult AI Website Editor ("Rizult," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website-building services, including our AI website editor, subscription plans, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
2. ABOUT US
Rizult Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16005983, with its registered office at The Portal Bridgewater Close, Hapton, Burnley, England, BB11 5TT. RIZULT is a registered trademark (UK00004115560). For support, contact us at support@rizult.io.
3. OUR SERVICES
- We offer an AI website-building service with four subscription plans:
- Base – A starter package without eCommerce functionality.
- Launch – A starter package with basic eCommerce functionality.
- Boost – Enhanced eCommerce functionality.
- Infinity – A bespoke package with tailored features.
All users are entitled to a 14-day free trial, during which they can build their website without charge. No payment details are required until a site is published.
4. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING
- Upon publishing a website, users must provide valid card details, and the first subscription payment will be charged immediately.
- Subsequent payments will be taken monthly from the date of initial payment.
- If payment is not received, editing access to the website will be revoked after 7 days.
- After 14 days of non-payment, the website will be permanently deleted from our servers.
- Any third-party plugins or additional services purchased within the editor will be charged and added to the monthly subscription.
5. PAYMENT PROCESSING
- Rizult partners with WorldPay for merchant services, which is the default payment gateway.
- Users can apply for a WorldPay merchant account, for which we receive a commission. However, users are not obligated to use WorldPay services.
- We offer multiple other payment gateways as alternatives.
6. E-COMMERCE RESPONSIBILITY
- Rizult provides the platform for users to create and manage their websites, including eCommerce functionality.
- Users are solely responsible for any contracts, transactions, or agreements they enter into with their customers.
- Rizult is not liable for any disputes, refunds, fraud, or contractual obligations between users and their customers, as we act solely as a third-party supplier of the website-building platform.
7. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.
- If a user fails to make a payment, access to the editor will be revoked after 7 days, and the site will be deleted after 14 days.
- Rizult reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or any illegal use of our Services.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS & PRICING
- Rizult reserves the right to update these Terms and our pricing at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
- Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content, software, and AI technology provided by Rizult remain our property.
- Users retain ownership of the content they create using the editor but grant Rizult a license to host, display, and distribute their website as required for functionality.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Rizult is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
- While we take precautions to secure user data, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Services.
11. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
- Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which users should review.
- By using our Services, users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
